Can I use or reupload your work?

You have my full permission to use it for a pfp, thumbnail or a post (repost, etc.) so long as I am credited in whatever you use it for. However you are not to use it for commercial purposes. (selling, minting, etc)

Terms of Services

GENERAL

Acceptance and continuation of any commission/requests are reviewed on a case by case basis. I reserve the full right to reject any and all commission/requests should I feel uncomfortable or unable to start. I also reserve the full right to halt any and all progress of any commission/requests I've taken and started with partial refund.

PAYMENTS

I accept full and partial payments (case by case basis). A deposit is required should partial payment be requested (Up to 50% of price).

REVISIONS

You may request revisions after completion but I reserve the full right to deny on a case by case basis.

DEADLINES AND DELIVERY

Works may take up to 2 weeks depending on schedule and complexity of commission(s). Delivery method may be determined by the customer though through email and/or DMs are preferred.

USE

You shall not reproduce and/or sell any of my commissions/works unless prior purchase of commercial rights has been made/granted. You shall not mint or feed my commissions/works into any and all AI programs.

You may use my commissions/works as your display picture and banners with credit.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

I reverse the rights to revoke commercial and normal usage rights, should I determine the usage of my works infringes on my TOS or unsafe.

REFUNDS

Full refunds can be requested should you not be satisfied with my initial sketch or before I've started on your commission. Partial refunds can be requested thereafter, only up to (70%).

COMMUNICATION

Any channels for communication is fine.
